Miami Property Management Services

We offer clear pricing tailored to international investors seeking professional Miami property management and condominium unit management. 


 Whether you have a starter investment unit or a large portfolio, we are happy to assist.


We do not offer Airbnb / short-term (under 6 months) property management at this time.   


 Miami Properties Management is headquartered in the heart of downtown Miami, right on Biscayne Blvd. Our prime location allows us to access most major highways within 10 minutes. 


Our current service area extends from southern Cutler Bay, west Kendall, and extends north to Hollywood, just past the Miami-Dade County limit.  

OUR PRICING

PRICING INCLUSIONS

Our one-time fee is taken as a percentage of the gross yearly lease and billed only once per lease term. 


We strive to be as all-inclusive as possible, reducing your concerns about repeat billing while ensuring your property will be managed with most common concerns addressed by us throughout the year. 


This fee will ALWAYS cover:   


  • Managing tenant relations on your behalf, including answering questions, and addressing issues as well as negotiating repair orders. 
  • Overseeing rent collection to ensure your rents are paid on time and that any penalty fees are duly applied, as applicable.
  • Preparing an eviction and visiting units to deliver notices. 
  • Drafting of and executing lease agreements.
  • Marketing of the unit, including photography and 1-minute videos of the property at time of vacancy. 
  • Routine maintenance coordination, including site visits as necessary dependent on the repair scope.
  • Bookkeeping & financial reporting with transparent end-of-year statements included.
  • Shopping the best property insurance quotes to ensure your property is insured and covered for damages and liabilities, as well as tracking expiration of insurance. 
  • Project management of small-scale renovations or repairs small in scope. 
  • LLC renewals and 
  • Assistance with receiving mail on your behalf.

YEARLY FEE

Our management fee is dependent upon the size of your investment portfolio and can also be tailored to suite your specific needs. We work with individuals who own one unit to multiple properties.
